Broken vinyl record art piece/Gene Simmons

Hello, I have been a fan my entire life. I honestly wouldn't know how to begin to explain the impact of how much you guys mean to me. Every song, every lyric is embedded in my heart. You guys truly changed the face of rock as we know it and what a rock show is supposed to look and feel like. Many have tried to duplicate , but there is only one KISS. I hope you enjoy my art piece of Gene. It's made entirely of broken vinyl record pieces. Thank you for everything. Jen Joyce

1974 Fayetteville, NC

My name is John Dixon. I am a 100% disabled veteran from New Bern, NC. I live in Greeneville, TN now. I've always been a Kiss fan. My first album, that I bought with dishwashing/chore money from Mama, was Kiss Alive II. BRAND NEW. I was so excited. The story goes like this: We went out to eat and I accidentally left my wallet on the table with my album money. We went back to the restaurant and the waitress had cleared the table, thrown my wallet away and pocketed the money. So my Mama and Daddy actually gave me the money to buy the album because I was so upset. Jump ahead to 1988-89, I worked at Garricks Office supply in New Bern. I was taking out the trash one day and we shared a trash can with a local drug store. No, I didnt get any old drugs. I got something better. They had thrown out a huge box with thousands of pictures that people got developed and never picked up. My interest was piqued. So I dug out the box and most of the pictures were junk or unreadable pics. But something caught my eye. Someone had turned in pictures of a KISS concert. These pics are from 11/30/1974 in Fayetteville, NC. I've seen Kiss twice in concert. Once on the Farewell tour with the original members and again last year on The End of the Road Tour. Thanks so much! Respectfully, John T. Dixon, Jr. 100% Disabled Veteran VFW Jr. Vice Commander Heebie Jeebie Cigar Box Guitars Instagram.com/heebiejeebiecbhs
