Me, dressed up as Gene Simmons for our Halloween party back in 1977. - Laura Spern

The photo is my cousin Wayne and I dressed up as Gene and ACE in my grandma's basement around 1976. We played along with Detroit Rock City and put on a show for all the relatives. I was Gene and had a packet of ketchup in my mouth so I could spit blood during the performance. My father and aunt, Wayne's mom, took us to see KISS for the first time at the Chicago Stadium. Uriah Heep was the opening band. It was the best, ever! MICHAEL SKLENEY
